Dr. Kuri is fellowship trained in both shoulder and elbow surgery and sports medicine; and therefore places an emphasis on treating all conditions affecting the shoulder, elbow, and knee including sports medicine, trauma, and degenerative conditions.

Dr. Kuri's surgical practices include open as well as arthroscopic procedures of the knee, shoulder, and elbow.  He is one of the leading minimally invasive surgeons of the area, and has pioneered the development of the all-inside ACL and PCL reconstructions using single and double bundle techniques.  In addition, Dr Kuri specializes in less invasive, cutting edge treatments such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections for muscle, tendon, and ligament ins-------.

Dr Kuri's academic activities have included presentations on shoulder, elbow, and sports medicine injuries at prestigious institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, the Rothman Institute,  the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and North Shore University Hospital @ Plainview.  He has published in several journals including AJSM, Arthroscopy, and JBJS.
